then after two months take stock and if some areas need to play catch up ask again and we'll offer exercises to target the specific weak points.
If you are interested in Bodybuilding and from you're Avvie you look like your slim the first thing you need to do is layer some bulk down, the suggested approach will provide the stimulation for muscle growth if you work hard, you then need to give yourself enough good quality food and rest to grow.
If you can afford it get a good MRP like extreme build and recover and drink one mid morning and mid afternoon - additional to your normal diet and then treat yourself to another after the workouts and your rugby etc.
Sounds simple and it is, it’s the distractions of life which make it more difficult. And crap you read in Flex etc giving you the impression you can look like a pro in no time if you do masses of volume work and drink the latest metrex whatever that messes with people’s heads.
If you can put a couple of pound of muscle on every 3months you are doing well, if you don’t think that’s much take a look at a 32oz steak – that’s a lot of meat!
Cheers
Pikey | Thanks mate, i'll try that routine you suggested, till exam are over, then go back to one i'm on currently
