Sucess is not a overnight thing, you need to take the pain and stick with it through the boring and the good times.
Just suck it up otherwise when you start doing rugby with the men your going to have 18 stone 30 year olds abuseing you like theres no tommorow that would have been my motivation to continue to stick to a decent gym program.
Its crucual that you get enough strenght/size to hang with the men you dont have long howard. |
