Re: Anyone suggest I wouldn’t do it as I’m bodybuilding and I don’t think you can hit everything properly but given you’ve asked and I’m also guessing you play Rugby the following would work as a strength conditioning type of workout and complement any Rugby training you do. You will need to give each of these 100% and get someone to show you how to power clean.
I would say perform the following twice per week, anymore and given the compound movement you mat not recover. Remember intensity is key!
Back Squats warm up then 4 x 8
Power cleans 5x5
Bench Press warm up then 4 x8
Push press 3x8
Chins 4x8 ______________________
