Re: carb/protein ratios? Offseason, personnally, I go for 1.5g protein & 2 to 3 g Carbs per pound bodyweight divided over 6 to 8 meals. Every day!!
Its consistant eating habits that will help you grow.
NB :- Carbs; I eat 3g/lb for a few days. If I see i'm getting fatter, then I'll back down to 2g/Lb for a few days, then try work it back up again. ______________________
