Red Meat. I eat a rump steak 5 times a week.Some none training people are bleeting on about the risks of Cancer with regards to eating too much red meat but if what i know is anything to go buy the WCRF study refered to Pork and processed meats as being the biggest risks.If at all.Not fresh Beef.Somebody give me some good ammo to help me fight my battle! ______________________
