I saw an endocronologist 5 years ago when I was 36 and my test was 12.4 on a scale of 10 to 30 units. He said it was perfectly o.k and a decline in my level was to be expected " in a man of my age "
he also suggested I take up a non strenuous sport like golf !!!
I have A levels in psychology and human biology, passed as a mature student then started a Degree in human biology and pharmacology in September 1997. Unfortunately I only did 2 first year terms and passed only 2 modules as amongst other factors my depression exploded
The endo. seemed really pissed off at the fact that I knew a little bit about his subject and dismissed all my ideas/suggestions about causes and treatment, including Hrt.
Now I self medicate with test enth and feel much better for it
