Behind the neck pressing, I dont see it as a danger movement, With that sort of thing within reasion its usualy the person performing the exersise in a incorect way thats the danger not the exersise.
I found its much easyer to be strick with behind the neck pressing. But then everyone has opinions on this. |
Yeah I know what you mean mate, Im sure more often than not it is people performing exercises wrong that cause them to get injured.
Everyones been really helpful anyway so I have lots of different things to try out now and see what works for me.
