I tend to do all my overhead pressing standing its a good way to work on the lower back and other secondary suport muscle. I found it easyer to stay safe because seated you can assume loads of funky load bearing postions that you wouldnt normaly be able to do standing.
Behind the neck pressing, I dont see it as a danger movement, With that sort of thing within reasion its usualy the person performing the exersise in a incorect way thats the danger not the exersise.
I found its much easyer to be strick with behind the neck pressing. But then everyone has opinions on this.
