This video is how i do them, proper bradford presses are like that but there not full extentions its like bringing the bar just over your head from front to back - i dont like that way though.
looks like a good exercise mate, are there any advantages to doing this exercise standing up? wondering if sitting down would be better as it would les strain on the back !!
Also are behind the neck presses not considered bad for your shoulder or at least a high risk of injury occuring? I was also told not to do behind the neck press as its easy to get injured ?
