I get that with my left delt, its very hard to get the pin in isnt it, like a layer of rubbery tissue almost..
That deep tissue massage is great though, I had it done on my quads and the guy says "you have loads of scar tissue on your outer quads how did that happen?" I just said "you dont want to know.." It does make a diffrence.
Its weird because im not a heavy user or use big pins, I guess I just have fairy liquid soft IM tissue lol. |
