Im going to start doing more training with weights as the boxing season has pretty much come to end.
When previously weight training i've always struggled to add good width to my shoulders. A guy from the gym I train at does loads of 'hang clean and presses' for shoulders and swears by them.
so as before what do you guys suggest.

lol sounds like you were talking to me! i love hang clean & press thats a fantastic exersise for your shoulders, tricep/back.
I like things like bradford press (adapted) like you see in rocky
benhind the neck press, dumbell swings - there all good. its finding somthing you like and enjoy doing if you enjoy the exersise then your put extra effort in and get more out of it.
