whats best for shoulders ...wondering what exercises you guys suggest for adding width to my shoulders (like on side delts) to give a wider shoulder appearance.
Im going to start doing more training with weights as the boxing season has pretty much come to end.
When previously weight training i've always struggled to add good width to my shoulders. A guy from the gym I train at does loads of 'hang clean and presses' for shoulders and swears by them.
so as before what do you guys suggest.
