carb/protein ratios? i am having trouble deciding what ratios to go with for protein, carbs and fats
i was thinking c=40, p=40 & f=20 or maybe c=45, p=40 & f=15, am i even close???
by the way, i am 18, 6ft tall and slightly less than 15 stone, oh and i'm bulking and training 4 days a week. ______________________
