Re: calf doms could it be worse as you have just started training again? bit like when you first start lifting people tend to ache more etc?
i only suffer from full on DOMS on a few muscle groups but on the groups i do, the day after is abit sore but 2nd day is when i really hits, but i agree with fat boy i quite like it, spesh when i stretch the muscle ______________________ "Lack of will power has caused more failure than lack of intelligence or ability."
