So would a simple class of say 16oz of milk give me the same benefits I was getting from the cup of cottage cheese.
is this what I'm looking for and will milk give it to me...? My guess is yes and maybe this is a easy fix....?

Whats the timespan from you eating that last meal to the time you go to bed? If i eat then get straight into bed my guts kill all night.At least half an hour of digestion has to have taken place,for me anyway

it's anywhere from a hour to a hour and a half before bed, but the pain was very pinpointable and not in my stomach which to be honest got me a little worried...
