Whats the timespan from you eating that last meal to the time you go to bed? If i eat then get straight into bed my guts kill all night.At least half an hour of digestion has to have taken place,for me anyway.A glass of Milk before bed is'nt to be sniffed at around 7g of protein per 200ml of semi skimmed.
