 Cellar Needs Help

Basically I have to cut the cottage cheese out my diet it was just not doing it for me anymore,....so I'm looking for something proper to put in it's place,....I'm open to all suggestions...I'm in need of something that will give me the slow release protein I'm looking for in my last meal....Help...please...I'm desperate....You don't want to see a grown man cry do you....It's not pretty , I can assure you of that...Thanks Cellar...
