swimming is something I am going to try and start doing soon, I will probably put in in place of one of my runs and see how it goes.
I dont want to bulk up as you say I dont want to go up in weight, however I do go for a fairly heavy weight and rep range around 8 reps as I do weights to gain muscle strength.
Boxing training is mostly geared towards muscle endurance so then I lift weights I use this to work on my strength.
My diet I try and aim for maintenance calories nothing excess so even doing a rep range of say 6-8 reps I wont be building muscle. |
