calf doms just started training again.
first workout just did some bodyweight calf stuff cos i know i can get bad doms in them.
next day nothing too major.
hit calves properly 2 days ago.
yesterday calves werent too bad altho i didnt go for any major walks.
today jesus h christ they hurt!
