If you can afford BCAA's then there is a large amount of anecdotal evidence which shows they are a better method of getting aminos into the body than by digesting protein.
Megadose BCAAs and Glutamine seems to be what all the Olly coaches are giving their athletes, both during the day and during training.
It means less food intake to get the aminos from Protein.
But the doses are about 80g per day of BCAAs, which is £5 per day or about £2k per year...
