You are burning kcals by doing weights first. Weight training is anabolic.
Doing cardio first is just setting yourself up for a fall.

This will be totally down to the individual.And trial and error will tell.Those with less of an aggressive tendancy in there training will find anything pre-weights a hinderance to their routine.While the more up for it individuals will thrive which ever way things are thrown at them.
