Ok... So...
1 hour intense weight lifting = 600kcals
30mins cardio = 300kcals
1 hour cardio = 450kcals (most people don't keep the intensity up)
30mins weights = 300kcals (you are now tired from an hours cardio)
You are burning kcals by doing weights first. Weight training is anabolic.
Doing cardio first is just setting yourself up for a fall.
