Re: Combined weight trg with cv?? Read this thread and thought i would give the 'weights first' idea a try. I found that i could lift more weight by doing the weight first. If i am honest my cardio suffered a bit though because i was knackered...
So i am gonna alternate it... one day i do weights before.. one day i do weights after.. will see how it goes.. ______________________
