I dont know how you can maintain that schedule Mark, i'd be falling to pieces . . .

Imagine lack of recovery might be your limitation . . . . you might want to get a sauna (help the muscles unwind)

Swimming aught to build up stamina in your shoulders, . . . . and its free of impact/injury etc.

I'd imagine also that you dont want to bulk up ? no sense in going up in the weight scale unless you're constantly dieting to make the weight . . . so generally you'd want to keep the weights down, . . & the reps up?
