Monday im gonna do chest and shoulders
Thursday im gonna do legs and back
Arms i do at home.
I can't believe i used to train 4 times a week. My muscles were always aching
But now they are resting and i'm giving them proper time to recover
I love doing my legs, In my new gym they have nice and heavy weights.Last week i did 140kg leg press and i was loving the pain. lol lol
Plus no more smith machine,How much does the olympic bar weigh cause i only managed 60kg, so im guessing the bar is 20kg cause i can normally lift 80kg( 40kg each side of smith machine |
