i just started taking a lot of supplements the guy at the nurtition shop pushed these supplements on me and this is how it is.
L-arginine 500mg 2 pre/post
L-glutamine 1500mg 2pre/post
kre-alkaline 1500mg 3pre workout and 1 in the morning with protein shake
multi-vitamin one with breakfast and dinner
is the kre-a too much
also i am not using dbol but want to get some sustenon 250
does sust retain a lot of water
