Re: shin splints help Erm - I'll keep it simple. Rest.
I used to play a lot of football at quite a high level & my shin splints were terrible. Stick to rowing machines, stationary bike etc if you have to do cardio.
I'd also ask your GP to refer you to a podiatrist. My podiatrist made me some insoles to put in all my shoes. A lot of shin split issues can be caused by posture problems believe it or not. ______________________
