anyway, my mate has decide to start taking these @ 1 a day against my advice as he has no source for PCT and doesnt understand it plus he doesnt seem bothered about sides etc as the bloke in the shop said he wouldnt get any
even though i said what people have said on here about shut down etc.
Guess theres just no helping some people
