Thats really good.You've got very sensible eating habits for a 16 year old.Thats 5 meals.Just add one more late evening,say cottage cheese on a slice of wholemeal toast or a couple of rice cakes if your carb sensitive at night.Place one protein supplement between breakfast and mid morning and one straight after you train that takes your total to 8.Add banans,potatos,pasta,rice and lots of nuts/peanut butter to your diet to get your calorie intake up.
