Re: Looking for a new routine I have seen Kiklos air machines.I would hope the 160 was kilos.Sounds perfectly viable.A journal is a good idea.The guys on here are a collective pool of knowledge and will give you any pointers they feel you might need along the way.Just keep it simple,dont over complicate anything.Hit every muscle hard and thorough.Keep up the HIIT.Make little progressions over time.Stick to the plans you make and it will all come good.Don't forget to feed and rest well every week! ______________________
