Most my TKD classes are at night, so will be going to gym beforehand so thats not much of a prob
The leg press today, I used a different machine, it was one of those KIKCLOS air mahines, dont know if you know of them? was set on about 160 whatever that means.
I will have to record weights, and start a journal I think, that way I can keep porgress of some sort.
I appreicate your views, and I will make a routine for myself based on the advice given, and see how it goes. |
