I am new to HIIT training so just had a couple of queries:
Firstly, what sort of timing do you do? I.e I did it fro the 1st time yesterday and was jogging for 90 secs and then sprinting for 45secs-1 min, does this sound about right?
Also, how long should sessions last? I was on the treadmill for about 12-13 mins and was completely knackered, looked like I had been working out for hours
