Wondered where you'd got to?Had the same dilemma a while back whilst working in the hell that was the Pernalta mine.Me and the Wayne put a concrete block in my rucksack for chest presses with feet on the floor for 3 sets and on the edge of a bed for 3 sets.Coming accross a breeze block in a hotel room will be unlikely so free body will be ok just press to death.For shoulders we did hand stand presses whilst holding each others ankles,that was fun!You might have to do them against a wall or grab a night porter!Wayne found an ingenious way of doing two handed hammer curls holding the legs of a small table.We put our work boots on the base to add weight.Abs you will get your head around obviously.We attempted to do squats and calfs in piggy back mode an although we where laughing like the childish bafoons you know we are and did'nt really feel like it worked our legs killed the next day so might wanna grab that porter.
