Re: non weight training There are all sorts of variations on the press up that u can do, different hand positions, or u can raise ur feet of the floor at different angles for example to further engage the delt, (feet against the wall), when I went away last year, I had no gym and was amazed at the quality and intensity of the workout u can have outside of the gym. I think are friend Wogihao put a superb link on another thread showing the Def JAm 'no gym workout' if u can't find it, a simple search on youtube for something like 'ghetto workout' should help. If u can find a park with monkey bars, u can hammer allsorts of dips and chins. If ur with a friend u could give them a piggy back and do calve raises, or find something of a reasonable weight to hold while doing lunges etc, hope that helps, but def search on youtube for some more ideas. |
