Welcome aboard ...I saw your other post about diet but I unfortunately I won't be much help to ya...I'm training to gain and knowledge to lose is bare minimum at best, but I'm sure ppl will be on soon to help...until then have a look around and be sure to check out the stickies in the diet section...Best of luck ...Cheers..
