Re: any advice on what i can do with a slipped disc? Avoid pain provocing position. Cant really give good advice without an assessment. You may find lying on your stomache and doing a reverse push up with your pelvis held against the ground may help (this would be opposite of the pain provocing movement). If this helps you can do 10 of them 2-3 times a day..if not...dont. If it makes it worse..stop |
