Meal 3: 200g mince meat (made into burgers), cup & a half of frozen veg
Meal 4: 4 whole eggs, 30g butter, 50g cheese
Meal 5: will be 50g whey, 50g peanut butter
Totals = 170g fat, roughly 215g protein
