Bodybuilding.com isnt so bad, not compaired to getbig anyway.
Professionalmuscle.com is a good site, there are NPC judges there who will give you a proper opinion and not hold back. the diffrence is is constructive and not couched in a flame.
I do think theres a big diffrence in how people are assessed the american boards are way more honest with there praise/critique than on the uk boards.
I meen if everyone is saying your great, theres no desire to get better or fix whats wrong. Very emperors clothes syndrome.
The bodybuilding radio show is quite good. |
