Tall - Roger that. I'll mix some WMS in with my juice then. That'll be ace because I'm in work so I can freely sip away at that all day
It's also a training day tomorrow so I'll make sure I have the 300g from juices & WMS (also some from pasta & oats) before training & the remainder with my PWO shake, meal 1 hour after & before bed - time to fill myself up....
