I would agree with the above posts and do abs, LE focus for 4 week. You could do isometrics on the effected side of all the non-effected joints and this would help you keep from losing mass but in 1 month this probably wont be the case. Be careful with hand injuries because if things get messed up it can be really bad. So jus tough it out
