I joined up a couple weeks ago then i was without the internet so i haven't been posting hardly since joining... but im back now

quick up-date on my work out, im now training 5days a week monday-friday (same work out as i posted just spread out more) however i have actually lost weight and im not sure why as i am eating on a regular basis :S was wondering if anyone may have any suggestions as to why this is? its confused me quite a bit!
