Thought it was good but it's snot Up until I posted my journal, I was eating once a day. BAD...me...I've managed to fit in what I refer to as 6 meals...but after I added up the total calories for the day I didn't even hit what is recommended for a normal person...My appetite is relatively good right now and I think my protein intake is ok...I have no idea about Carbs or what I should be doing with them...so I'm asking if you could take a moment to look in my journal and give suggestion as to what I can add to increase my overall calorie intake. I' guess I'm looking for food high in calories that I could add and where I would add them. Not currently taking supps for reasons of low fundage...My food bill has doubled since I started two weeks ago...Any and all suggestion appreiciated.
