trying to research for u cal. A medical pal of mine reckons that the teres major and minor are classed in the same group as lats and sometimes get called the 'Lats Little Helper'. Not sure how helpful that is but maybe the question is referring to the next group up. Traps or delts?? Man I'm confused. |
