Would it be safe you assume you want to gain some muscle mass and increase your current fitness levels...?
If you have a look there a a few Stickies in the diet section which should explain how to construct a diet etc. If you have a look at those and then post up what you think your diet should be (it's hard to guess what foods you like, what you can eat, when you can eat etc...) |
