Re: is this an acceptable workout? Im not a fan of the full body,at least not 3 times in a week.I could'nt give each muscle the same focus from start to finish and that would leave me unfulfilled,JMO!Agree with Mark about the triceps though and Tall's re-order's better with some OHP's thrown in.There will come a time when you will need to break it down over days. ______________________
