Have to agree with above responses do not train just one side IMO.. approach it from a slightly different angle and work through the down time with a really positve attitude useing it as a golden oppertunity to train legs abbs and an increase in cardio.

Everything happens for a reason its sometimes not very clear what those reasons are but i always try and put positve spin on whatever happens
