Is this a genetic problem Regardless that I am an ectomorph and work out on and off. I always see results except one place my latissimus dorsi. I think thats what it is called. I know deadlifts dont concentrate on that spot but deadlifts have made the muscles along my spine much bigger. Along with other back excercises my rhomboids grow too, anywhere on my body, except I do have issues with my biceps. Anyways, I always thought bent overrows, pullups and chiins were best for this muscle. I am working out again and was wondering what you guys do for this muscle. What are the best excercises to get this muscle to grow? Is there a routine anyone would recommend. Maybe its just a genetic thing too..
