Eating habits hi there guys, just wondering if i could get some advice. i'm trying to change my eating habits to cut up for summer. Problem is that i work til late. I'm in work until 6.45 normally and half hour drive home. What i'm wondering is should i eat before i hit the gym at half seven or should i wait til i get home, around 9 to eat, but after the gym i am never hungry. Any help would be appreciated. |
