i agree 100% with this. years of training wields permanent gains. drugs provide short term alterations to the physique due to the influence of hormones. remove the exogenous hormones, and the alterations made will gradually (or maybe not so gradually) subside. what's left is what you've earned through hard work, that's all.
as for any cutting cycles, remember the key ingredient is fat loss. the drugs you mentioned are there to support muscle retention, possibly provide a slight increase in muscle density, and give you a 'harder' looking physique. none of that will happen without dropping bodyfat, which those drugs don't do.
