My question is - what do you guys do when cycling in terms of diet? this time my goals were to put on as much weight as possible without the totally bloated look where everyone was accusing me of being on steroids! No1 has pointed the finger this time, although i have had comments saying im big. i just hope that i keep the whole stone after PCT! Then i will be totally satisfied with the gains iv made. my next cycle i think i will add another compound. im still deciding though whether to do a cutter, bulker a mixture of both! |
was your goal total weight gain or lean tissue gain sitries ? if you eat less, you are gunna put on less weight, that's easy to comprehend. everyone gets the bloated look by putting on large amounts of weight quickly. reason is because only fat and water can be added so quickly. tissue takes months and years to grow. how much will you keep after pct ? depends how long you wait until your next course. if you wait six months, you'll loose the vast majority of your gains, if you wait six weeks, you'll loose very little.
